1. Who we are
“Trive”, “we”, and “us” refer to the team operating the Trive website and related products. For privacy requests, contact hello@trivecoach.app.
2. What we collect
Waitlist. If you submit your email on the waitlist, we store that address to send launch-related messages you asked for. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Usage data. Our hosting and analytics providers may process technical data (for example IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to run the site securely and understand aggregate traffic. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on consent (waitlist), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, and communication with customers), and contract where you use a paid service.
4. Retention
We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are rotated on a schedule typical for our hosting provider.
5. Your rights
You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
6. International transfers
If data is processed outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or by email where appropriate.
