1. Agreement
By accessing the Trive website or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
2. The service
Trive provides training-planning software and related content. Features may change as we ship updates. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
3. Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information where requested. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.
4. Health & safety
Trive is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting or changing an exercise program. You accept responsibility for how you train and for any risks inherent in sport.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans, trials, renewals, and refunds are described at checkout and in product communications. Prices on the marketing site are indicative until confirmed at purchase.
6. Intellectual property
Trive owns the software, branding, and site content unless otherwise stated. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service according to these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction, where permitted.
